Who is eligible for the free tier?

• Any individual student aged 8 or above with parent/guardian consent under 18.
• Self-learners, JEE/NEET/UPSC aspirants, working professionals studying after hours.
• Teachers and parents may also create a free account to evaluate the platform.
• Institutions (schools, coaching centres, universities) cannot use the free tier to serve their students at scale — they need an institutional plan with branding, controls and SLAs.

What's included in the free tier?

• Daily doubt-clearance across CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, NCERT, JEE and NEET syllabi.
• Study with any uploaded chapter or PDF, with fair-use limits.
• Auto-generated practice questions and flashcards.
• Hindi, Hinglish, English and major regional languages.

What is not included in the free tier?

• AI Live Lectures, white-label branding and parent dashboards.
• Worksheets, exam generation and handwriting evaluation at scale.
• Admin controls, SSO, custom safety profiles and SLAs.

Do students need a credit card?

No. The free tier requires only an email or phone number.

Is student data sold or used to train models?

No. Student conversations are never sold and never used to train third-party foundation models. Institutional data stays inside the institution's tenant.

Is AI Professor™ K-12 safe?

Yes. Every conversation passes through a safety filter aligned with NEP 2020, CBSE and ICSE guidance. Parents and admins can see safety logs.

Can I use AI Professor™ in my regional language?

Yes — Hindi, Hinglish, English and major Indian regional languages are supported, powered by frontier models and India-first systems like Sarvam.

Trademark & brand usage guidelines

“AI Professor” is a registered trademark of Oning Media Solutions Private Limited. We welcome students, educators, journalists, researchers and partners to write about us — please follow the guidelines below so the mark stays distinctive.

Correct usage

• Always capitalise as AI Professor — never ai professor, Ai professor or AIProfessor in lowercase prose.
• Use the trademark symbol on first reference: AI Professor™. Subsequent references in the same article may drop the symbol.
• When attributing ownership, write: “AI Professor™, a product of Oning Media Solutions Private Limited (OningEdu).”
• Use AI Professor™ as a proper noun — a brand, not a generic category.

Incorrect usage

• Do not use “AI Professor” as a generic term for any AI tutor or chatbot. It refers specifically to OningEdu's product.
• Do not pluralise (“AI Professors are…”) when describing the product itself.
• Do not modify the mark (“the AI Prof”, “AIProf”, “Professor.AI”).
